Pascale's house welcomes you to Orist. This 100 m² holiday home accommodates up to 6 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in the sleeping area, plus an additional bedroom with its own shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. Enjoy Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, TV, self check-in, and a barbecue. All windows have electric shutters.



Cleaning is not included; the house must be left clean (beds stripped, trash taken out). Bed linen and towels are provided. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.



Outside, relax in the private, flower-filled garden with no overlooking neighbors, and two terraces (one covered, one open). The private pool, available from April to October depending on the weather, features a retractable cover and a children's paddling area.



Park in the 2 private spaces or on the street. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Electric vehicle charging is not possible on the property. The house is in a quiet residential area on a low-traffic road limited to 30 km/h, with no gate.

Saubusse thermal baths 6 km (8 min), Dax 15 min, Landes beaches (Hossegor, Seignosse, Vieux-Boucau, Messanges, Moliets) 30 min. The Basque Country (Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Biarritz, Bayonne, Espelette) and Spain are easily accessible.
