The suite offers:

- Private AC unit
- Small fridge with freezer
- 3 sleeping arrangements: 1 Queen bed, 1 twin sleeper couch, and a Pack 'n Play on request

We put a lot of effort into the layout and design to exceed upscale hospitality. You will have your own absolute privacy.

The suite is attached to our home - a three-story house - and you will occupy the ENTIRE first floor. No one will share the guest suite with you.

Please note: there is NO kitchen or laundry room. There are other tenants living in the upper level of the property, so please make sure you are comfortable with that before booking.

Welcome to our home in LA! Please remember this is a home, not a hotel or party house - treat the home and our neighbors with respect. Strictly no loud bass music, no large gatherings (3 max), and no smoking of any kind, especially marijuana.
