Upstairs Living Space

The upstairs living area provides an additional space for guests to relax and enjoy time together. It includes:

Garage & Recreation Area

The garage includes a ping-pong table for guest use. The grill is also available for guest use.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, dining spaces, and available outdoor areas. All spaces are available for guests to enjoy during their stay.

There are two owner's closets that are closed and clearly marked. These areas are private and are not accessible to guests. Please do not attempt to open or access these closets.

The code for the keypad will be provided on the day of check-in.

We want you to feel comfortable and have everything you need during your stay. Our home includes a variety of amenities for your convenience and enjoyment:

Washer & Dryer – Available for guest use.
Fully Equipped Kitchen – Includes an air fryer, crockpot, and other kitchen essentials.
Keurig Coffee Maker – Enjoy coffee using K-Cup pods, or use the 12-cup coffee maker if you prefer a traditional pot of coffee.
Smart TVs – Smart TVs are available throughout the home.
Games & Playing Cards – A selection of games and playing cards can be found in the living room coffee table drawer and the upstairs closet.

Complimentary Starter Supplies

We provide a complimentary starter supply of essential items to help you get settled, including:

Toilet paper
Laundry detergent pods
Dishwasher pods
Trash bags

These supplies are provided as a starter pack for your stay. Guests may need to purchase additional supplies depending on the length of their visit.

Security & Exterior Cameras

For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior surveillance cameras are located at the home. Cameras are positioned at the doorbell, front of the home, and back of the home and record audio and video.

There are no cameras inside the home.

Parking

Parking is available for 3 vehicles total:

1 vehicle in the garage
2 vehicles in the driveway

Street parking is not permitted according to the HOA rules. Please do not park on the street, as this may result in a violation or other fees.

Pets

While we love and appreciate animals, pets are not permitted on the property. We appreciate your understanding and ask that you make other arrangements for pets before your stay.

Smoking & Vaping

No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home or in the garage. Please do not smoke or vape anywhere inside these areas.

Quiet Hours & Parties

Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.

Parties and events are not permitted at the property.

House Rules & Checkout

Guests are expected to follow all house rules and checkout procedures. Please leave the property in the condition outlined in the checkout instructions.

Failure to follow the house rules or checkout procedures may result in additional fees.
