Everything was perfect and staff helped out with the day tours and settled everything for me. Shoutout to salah the helpful front desk lady she was the one who arranged everything for me.

Our stay at this hotel exceeded every expectation, and I genuinely cannot recommend it enough. Before booking, I was worried after reading comments about fake reviews and misleading room photos. I can honestly say the photos are completely accurate and truly reflect the hotel. Although it is a small set pyramids hotel, it outperformed many larger and more expensive hotels we have stayed in. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warm smiles, exceptional hospitality, and a delicious welcome drink. The biggest surprise was the cleanliness. I am extremely meticulous about hygiene and often travel with my own cleaning kit because I have been disappointed by many four and five star hotels. This hotel completely changed that experience. The room, bathroom, linens, towels, and even the glasses were spotless. There was no dust, no unpleasant smell, and every detail showed how much care the team puts into maintaining the hotel. The room was spacious, the mattress was very comfortable, and the rooftop offers breathtaking views of the Pyramids that are perfect for photos. The location is excellent, very close to the Grand Egyptian Museum, with an On the Run convenience store right across the street that is open 24 hours. I was also impressed by how responsive the staff were. When I requested tissues through room service, they arrived within a minute. This hotel offers incredible value for money. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back and will stay even longer next time.

An excellent experience; the hotel is wonderful and offers a charming view. Everything was superb, starting with the reception staff, who were fantastic. The rooms were excellent, featuring a captivating view of the Pyramids, a very comfortable bed, and a clean bathroom; the entire room was spotless. The breakfast was varied, delicious, and truly appetizing. They also arranged an excellent trip to the Pyramids for us at great prices; it is worth asking about the services they offer, as they provide excellent service at affordable rates. All the staff members were extremely helpful and friendly.
