The main issue was the behavior of the staff member who met us to hand over the keys. His manner of speaking was rude and unwelcoming, and his attitude did not reflect the quality or standard of the property. I even tipped him when we arrived, which I later regretted. I was also uncomfortable with the way he requested a security deposit, explaining that it was necessary because I might damage something in the property talking to me like a child. In addition, I was given a long list of warnings and possible fines, which made me feel more like a potential problem than a welcomed guest. When I told him that I would mention my experience in my Booking.com review, he showed no concern. Before leaving, I politely asked if I could stay for just one additional hour so I could pray, but he immediately requested an additional payment. When I asked to speak with his supervisor, I was initially told that the supervisor was unavailable. He later gave me a phone number, but unfortunately, no one answered. This is particularly disappointing because the property itself is excellent, with great facilities and a very good location. Unfortunately, the behavior of the person responsible for welcoming guests and handing over the keys overshadowed all the positive aspects of my stay. The experience affected me enough that I changed my travel plans, continued my trip in Phuket, and decided that I would not return to this property.

The rooftop was absolutely amazing! We celebrated a birthday there, and the beautiful, colourful KLCC lights made the whole experience even more special. The atmosphere was wonderful, the view was stunning, and it was a truly memorable evening. Highly recommended for a special celebration..
