Cute new hotel just a short walk away from the metro and the centre of Yerevan. Robert and Karo are extremely helpful and welcoming and communication has been effortless. The beds and linen are very comfortable. Thank you so much, as a solo traveler I felt particularly welcome!
Everything was great

Very-very clean. Newly built. Extremely helpful staff. There is a kitchen for general use. Good value for money.
Light is coming into a room from a hallway (some of the room doors have glass panels in them). My room was on the top floor, under the roof, and in places the ceiling is too low, I gulped my head a couple of times.

The host is exceptional. I arrived by 4 am instead of 1 am, he was waiting for me. Very cooperative and helpful, kind and constructive. Quite and comfortable place, 10 min on foot to central square.
