Tower View Suites & Sky Lofts - Collegio Ferdinando

We loved the room at Collegio Ferdinando, everything was clean and brand new when we visited in Oct 2026. The room is huge and has everything that we needed. The AI chat with Maya was so easy and literally answered anything within seconds. Shoutout to Massimiliano! Honesty went above and beyond for us, we stayed for the Pisa Half and Ten and asked for a toaster for the morning before the race, within hours a toaster arrived in the storage and facilities section outside of our room! We never expected to have such a great experience and really appreciated everything they did for us. The facilities and luggage storage was great and we was able to grab anything we needed during our stay. Would 100% recommend anyone to stay here it's literally seconds away from the leaning tower an exceptional location tucked away.

We are from the UK and our travel plugs didn't fit into the bedside sockets, it would have been good to charge our phones next to the beds, not as huge deal for us but would have been nice.

Well furnished, clean and comfortable. Located yards from the main attraction and many restaurants and Cafes. A couple of small supermarkets nearby for any extras. 15 minutes walk to railway station for trains to Florence, Lucca and other sightseeing.

The sweetest apartment! All brand new, beautiful renovated bathroom and very modern, comfortable and clean property. But….. let’s mention the view!!! Opening your bedroom window to the view of the leaning tower and basilica was spectacular! Laying in bed with a cup of tea watching Pisa come to life of a morning was absolute bliss. Massimiliano and his lovely wife Olga have done a fabulous job of renovating and were super friendly and welcoming at check in, and left us with a nice bottle of local Prosecco, which was very lovely. I was so impressed with the property immediately at check-in that I asked to book for an extra night that thankfully was available. Access is very easy, with only a couple of steps and an elevator to the apartment, air conditioner and wi-fi worked perfectly. We were offered a later check-out time (that we didn’t need, but it was very thoughtful) There are many restaurants all just downstairs and it’s a very easy 5 min walk to the train station (San Rossore) I highly recommend this property to other travellers and would certainly return.
