It was a good location and the bed and trundle was very comfortable. The apartment itself had everything you need. It was also very safe and secure requiring biometrics in order to access building. The Property management is very responsive, quick to communicate and took feedback well.

What future guests should know: the building's rules weren't shared before arrival and weren't in the apartment when we got there, which matters because the amenity rules are strict, especially around visitors. Ask for them ahead of time. The biggest issue: on our third day, a security guard removed my 7-year-old son and me from the pool for not wearing swim caps, which left my son in tears and embarrassed. No other swimmers wore caps on any other day, and the requirement wasn't in the rules posted at the pool (I have photos). The enforcement felt arbitrary. Also, the address on Booking.com differs from the one in the check-in instructions, which caused confusion when booking transport through the Booking.com app, since it routes to the listed address on the app. With clearer pre-arrival information and advanced notice on rules (swim caps do not usually land on packing list) , this would be a much smoother stay.
