Rehoboth Haven

Great location, Exceptionally clean, large fridge, huge 60 inch flat screen. Kitchenette fully stocked as well as bathroom with every amenity. You can feel the pride in the way every detail is provided.

Wood steps outside need anchoring.

The location suited my needs. (It would not be ideal for many people who were wanting to be closer to the downtown.) It was a place to stay. It was clean enough. There were complimentary tea bags which I liked. (some complimentary instant coffee packets would have been appreciated) . It has a nice tv, and free WiFi. It has a decent shower (no bath). The water was good (no foul odour) I did have a problem with the bedding, and the after several back and forth texts the host did in the end fix the issue for me. It was good she fixed it, but it took a lot to convince her she needed to do so, and it only got fixed by the second night.

The bedding was ridiculous. There was some sort of thin mattress cover on the mattress, and one translucent sheet on top of that. There was a bedspread and a comforter which were fine. But I can not comprehend how someone would rent out a room without decent bed clothes. I don't know what the bottom layer really was. It was too thin to be a proper mattress cover, but it wasn't a bottom sheet either. Regardless, it can't serve both functions. I mentioned the lack of bedding as soon as I arrived. She couldn't understand why I needed more than what she had provided. I ended up using the one sheet folded over and slept in between it that way. It took several back and forth texting, and in the end she did bring me extra bedding for the second nights stay. But the scary thing is she still never understood what the problem was with what she had on the bed. If several people are going to be rotating through a rented room, sleeping in this bed - it absolutely must have a proper mattress cover on it, no question! Then you need 2 sheets on top of that: a bottom sheet, and a top sheet. It would be nice if they were not so thin as to be see through. Just a heads-up for others .... a minor issue with the keypad lock. There is no dedicated "lock" button. You need to press and hold the "checkmark" button to engage the locking action. (The "checkmark" button is the same one you use press after inputting the code to make it unlock.) Plus, you need to pull the door closed quite hard while engaging the locking mechanism in order to get it to lock. And ... The two little steps up to the door are an accident waiting to happen - be careful with them.
