The standout game room includes a home movie theatre, popcorn machine, arcade game machines, and board games. The backyard offers a BBQ grill, fire pit, and plenty of space to relax. Guest access: Guests have access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, entertainment room, and the spacious backyard with outdoor seating, dining area, and fire pit.
Other things to note: Check-in is at 3PM, check-out at 10AM (early check-in/late check-out available on request for a fee; unauthorized late check-outs incur a $75 fee). High-speed WiFi throughout. Quiet hours are 11PM-7AM; parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. No smoking anywhere on the property.
