We’re offering our privately owned vacation townhouse on the North Sea coast on the Butjadingen Peninsula. The house is located in the quiet little village of Eckwarden.
The village of Eckwarden has a small supermarket and a restaurant.
The coastal towns of Tossens (6 km), Burhave (10 km), and Fedderwardersiel (11 km) are accessible by bike from here. The dike is only about 1,500 meters behind the house. The DLRG-patrolled beach with beach chairs in Eckwarderhörne is only about 4 km away.
During the summer months, depending on the tide, it is possible to take a ferry from the Eckwarderhörne ferry terminal to Wilhelmshaven.

The house, which is approximately 60 m², is designed to accommodate 4 people.
On the first floor, you’ll find the bathroom with a tub/shower and the cozy living-dining area.
From here, you can step out onto the private terrace in the small garden, which leads to the parking lot.
Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds.
A swing, sandbox, and ping-pong table are also available on the property, which consists of a total of 6 townhouses.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

A crib and a high chair can also be provided upon request.

Pets may be allowed upon request.

Linen packages (consisting of 1 set of bed linens, 1 bath towel, and 1 regular towel) can also be booked for a fee of 10€ per person.
