Casa Fuerte Vista – Your Retreat Between the Atlantic Ocean and Volcanoes

Welcome to Casa Fuerte Vista – a special retreat high above the rooftops of Lanzarote.

Imagine waking up in the morning, opening your bedroom door, and stepping right out onto the pool terrace. The Atlantic Ocean lies before you, and on clear days, the view extends all the way to Fuerteventura, with the dunes of Corralejo and the island of Los Lobos. Along the coast, you can see Puerto Calero, Puerto del Carmen, and all the way to Arrecife. On the other side, Lanzarote’s impressive volcanic landscape dominates the panorama.

Casa Fuerte Vista is situated in a quiet, elevated location in La Asomada. On the pool side, an open field borders the property, creating a particularly expansive, open feeling of space. At the same time, you can reach many of the island’s most beautiful destinations in just a few minutes.


Heated infinity pool with ocean views

The centerpiece of the home is the private heated infinity pool. Pool heating is included in the rental price, and a cover ensures pleasant temperatures.

Eight sun loungers are available around the pool. The area is surrounded by a cactus garden featuring strelitzias and typical island vegetation.

In the evening, the pool is atmospherically lit—a special moment when the light over the Atlantic changes and the coast slowly begins to glow.


Outdoor living—peace, space, and comfort

Completed in 2021, the house was built to a high standard and furnished in a modern style. Casa Fuerte Vista isn’t just a vacation rental—we use it ourselves regularly and have furnished it accordingly with a personal touch and high-quality amenities.

Spread across two levels, there are various outdoor areas to enjoy: sunny spots, shady retreats, large tables, lounge sofas, and cozy seating areas.

A Weber gas grill is available for evenings spent together outdoors—perfect for a relaxed barbecue with a view of the sea.

Behind the house is a small orchard, and below the pool area, you’ll find other plants typical of the island.


Three bedrooms—all with ocean views

The house features three bedrooms that can accommodate up to six guests.

The master bedroom features a double bed and a separate walk-in closet with ample storage space for two people. Part of the closet is private and locked, while the remaining area is fully and sufficiently available to guests.

The other two bedrooms each have two single beds (which can be pushed together) and their own built-in closet.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned and offer direct access to the outdoors. A special feature: You can enjoy ocean views from every bedroom.


Spacious bathrooms

The house features two large bathrooms, both high-end and fully equipped with a shower, bathtub, double sinks, and a toilet.

The master bathroom features a particularly spacious layout with a freestanding cast-mineral bathtub and plenty of comfort.

The second bathroom is also high-end and generously sized.

In addition, there is a separate guest restroom as well as an outdoor bathroom with a shower, ideal after a day at the pool or beach.

All bathrooms are equipped with insect screens.


Living & Cooking

The air-conditioned living room is bright and spacious and equipped with a smart TV. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and was deliberately designed not just as a vacation kitchen, but for real cooking:

Induction cooktop, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, separate freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and much more are available.

A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also provided.

Two private parking spaces are located right next to the house.


Perfect location—quiet yet central

Despite the quiet location, many destinations are within easy reach:

Airport: about 8 minutes (no aircraft noise)
Puerto del Carmen & beaches: about 10 minutes
Golf course: about 10 minutes
Puerto Calero marina: approx. 10 minutes
Supermarket: approx. 3 minutes

Nature, volcanoes, and wine right on your doorstep

Just a few minutes away lies the unique landscape of La Geria with its volcanic vineyards. Beyond that lies Timanfaya National Park.

You can set out on hikes right from the house—the volcanic landscape practically begins right outside the front door.
