This vacation apartment is just 650 meters from the Venice Mestre train station (an 8- to 9-minute walk) and steps away from the bus station that serves the main island of Venice. (A 15-minute bus ride or a 10-minute train ride provides easy access to Venice’s historic center.) Free luggage storage is available, making it a practical choice for exploring nearby cities (Verona, Padua, Treviso). Transportation and shopping are incredibly convenient, with supermarkets, banks, bakeries, pharmacies, fruit shops, bars, numerous restaurants, pizzerias, dry cleaners, and more nearby. Newly renovated in 2023, the 46-square-meter apartment features a private entrance and a small garden. It includes two south-facing, bright, and quiet rooms with heating and air conditioning (each with an en suite bathroom) and a fully equipped kitchenette. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay in Venice: - Free and unlimited Wi-Fi; - A kitchenette with a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as provided cutlery, bottled water, packaged cookies, tea bags, coffee capsules, and cappuccino, etc. - Two bedrooms with TV, air conditioning, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a 1.4m × 2.0m French double bed, and the other has a spacious 1.6m × 2.0m double bed and a 1.1m × 1.9m sofa bed (extra). Each bed is equipped with pillows, sheets, clean blankets, towels, and slippers. - The bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers, shampoo, and shower gel. - All rooms have individual heating systems with radiators, and the heat can be adjusted to your individual needs.
