Fully equipped, well located, clean. All positive for us. The private pool on the patio with the view add a lot of value to this property.

The place was very clean, and Vacasa staff (on-site property manager) were responsive.
The interior furniture is tired and the property could generally use a refresh. Beds and pillows are of low quality. In terms of luxury, I would rate this as "3 Stars out of 5" for those reasons.
The advertised laundry facilities were not available during our stay, and we had no advance notice of this problem.
The shuttle service to the beach was irregular and undependable. When there WAS a shuttle there, it worked fine.
Do not bother with the on-site restaurant options. We ate one meal at the main restaurant on our first night, and it was a Buffet only. The "hot" food was lukewarm, and not very appetizing. The wait staff did not speak English.
We also tried the CondoVac pizza restaurant near the main gate, and it was TERRIBLE! They even used canned mushroom to top the pizza. I wish that somebody had warned us in advance, as we would never have wasted the money.
There are several excellent private restaurants nearby, and they were all a much better bet. "Ginger" was so good, we went twice that week.
The plunge pool was nice and we appreciated it.
The location of the villa is very close to the beach and only a short walk to stores, restaurants, and other services. The beaches were beautiful, and the weather was fantastic. We did several day trips and they were all wonderful.
Overall, we had a very nice holiday.
