The apartment is located inside a historic 17th-century building in the heart of Verona on Corso Cavour, a very old street with about 2,000 years of history; it is situated on the first floor in the building’s inner courtyard. The 67-square-meter apartment features a living room with an open kitchenette, a spacious bedroom with a large, beautiful double bed, a bathroom with a tub/shower, and a pleasant outdoor terrace. It is very quiet and perfectly located for exploring the entire city on foot.

The Space
The apartment opens onto the living room, where there is a sofa that converts into a single bed, a lovely, well-stocked bookshelf with interesting books to browse through, and a glass-fronted sideboard containing tableware for the table, which is furnished with 4–6 chairs. The living room leads to the open kitchenette, equipped with everything needed for a quick meal. The master bedroom is very large, featuring a magnificent king-size bed, a spacious closet, and a work area. The bathroom isn’t very large but features a tub/shower and all the essentials. The hallway leads to a pleasant and secluded outdoor terrace, which is set up for al fresco dining in the summer.

Guest Access
Access is through the main entrance facing Corso Cavour; once through the entrance, you enter a splendid columned foyer.From the entrance hall, a gate leads to the inner courtyard, and on the left is the glass door to Staircase B. On the first floor, on the left, is the security door leading to the apartment. Along the staircase, there is a convenient laundry room/luggage storage area.

On-site parking is available for a fee, and availability must be requested.
