Step into the charm of this beautifully restored 1920s Mount Dora home—just an 8-minute walk to downtown. Sip your morning coffee on the oversized front porch while watching birds, unwind in a spacious yard with a grill and shaded seating, and enjoy a thoughtfully updated interior with modern luxury touches throughout.
This spacious bedroom home comfortably sleeps your group with 5 beds and features a rare double master layout—one conveniently located on the first floor and another upstairs, ideal for multi-family stays or added privacy.
Inside, you’ll find a fully stocked chef’s kitchen outfitted with luxury appliances, perfect for cooking and entertaining. The home includes two completely renovated bathrooms—one upstairs and one downstairs—designed with clean, modern finishes.
Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV, giving everyone a comfortable place to relax. A dedicated workspace also makes it easy to stay connected if needed.
Upstairs, three additional bedrooms are accessed by a single flight of stairs, offering a practical layout for families or groups.

(All bedrooms besides the downstairs master require the ability to get up a flight of stairs, there is a handrail on both sides of the stairs)

The entire house is available for guest use. Please, note we are are new the entire house is not fully decorated yet, however kitchen is fully stocked, beds are brand new and comfortable and the house is ready to welcome new guests!

This property is amazing! This historic neighborhood was so cute and we felt totally safe. The front porch is absolutely the highlight! We felt transported to the past….in a good way. So very relaxing! I have nothing negative to say at all. I wish I could have stayed a few more days! I do have one word of caution. Due to the age of the house, the floors are uneven and there are a lot of threshold transitions. This could be difficult for elderly people to navigate. There is a bedroom downstairs so it worked great for us to keep my parents down there. Loved this listing!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Beautiful & clean property that had everything we needed to be comfortable. The home made the trip very memorable and was close to our day activities in the area. The host was responsive when we ran into a small issue at check in but was very accommodating and easy to work with. I would highly recommend for anyone to consider booking if you are looking for something in the area.
