Are you looking for an unforgettable vacation right on Lake Constance—and ideally in an apartment with its own lakeside property? Then come stay with us and relax in one of our two smoke-free homes. Relaxation 24 hours a day—365 days a year! We warmly welcome you to Immenstaad. A vacation apartment or guest room awaits you in a quiet, central location right on the lake. Our vacation apartments and guest rooms are modern and tastefully furnished, range in size from 25 m² to 100 m², and can accommodate 1 to 5 people. Each apartment features a balcony or terrace. From there, you can enjoy an unforgettable view of Lake Constance. Both vacation homes provide access to the property’s private lakeside area. As a special feature, we also offer an apartment in our Seehang building that is specifically designed for wheelchair users. This apartment is located on the first floor and is fully accessible. In addition, Haus Seeblick has an elevator that allows you to reach your rooms with ease.
Our newly redesigned 3-room apartment offers plenty of space for families, couples, or friends. Two separate bedrooms (one with a lake view), a spacious living and dining area with a kitchen and lake view, and a high-quality bathroom with a large rain shower combine modern comfort with a cozy atmosphere—ideal for a relaxing vacation on Lake Constance. There’s also a large terrace, also with a lake view
