The space
We want you to have all the information before booking to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Theof the property features underground areas (such as our cistern and water purifier) and is surrounded by vegetation, which keeps the environment naturally cool for much of the year. As a result, during certain seasons there may be slightly higher humidity in the air.

If you’re particularly sensitive to humidity, we recommend taking this into account when choosing your accommodations. Our goal is for you to enjoy a pleasant stay and for the space to be ideal for you.

Guest Access
The terrace on the upper level is available to all guests, but please be aware that there is a suite directly below it, so care, respect, and, above all, quiet are required.

Other things to keep in mind
You have your own Wi-Fi repeater in the room, which means you shouldn’t have any problems with the internet signal or with medium to high speeds.

If you notice that the gas has run out, let us know and we’ll arrange for a refill right away.

Please, please place your trash in the designated bins; you’ll find one on the third floor next to the terrace, and another on the first floor inside the small wooden door under the stairs.
Mops, brooms, and dustpans can be found in the same location.

For stays longer than one week, we’ll provide a cleaning service and change your bedding once a week; we’ll also supply toilet paper and drinking water. You can choose the day and time that works best for you— please let us know in advance. There is a carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide (CO and CO2) detector in your room, located behind the refrigerator. Please do not touch or remove it. If you hear the detector alarm go off, stay calm, turn off the gas valve behind the stove, and let us know—there may be a problem with the gas supply.

The bathroom doors may come off their hinges; do not try to force the door back into place—it’s dangerous! We’ll take care of it.
