The cozy living room features a 140 x 190 sofa bed that provides two additional sleeping spots. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable 160 x 200 queen-size bed.

The fully equipped separate kitchen includes: oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and all necessary kitchen utensils.

You also have access to high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, an iron, and a hair dryer.

House Rules – Casa Port Latin
Article 1: Definitions
1.1 Guest

Any person staying at the accommodation as part of a reservation.

1.2 Host

The owner or manager of the accommodation hosting the guests.

1.3 Accommodation

Furnished apartment named Casa Port Latin, located at 276 Avenue de Port-Fréjus, 83600 Fréjus.

Article 2: Maximum Number of Guests
2.1

The maximum number of guests permitted to stay in the accommodations are set at 4 people, including adults, children, and infants.

2.2

Any additional, undeclared guests are strictly prohibited without the host’s prior written consent.

Article 3: Request for an Exception
3.1

Any exceptional request must be made in writing prior to arrival.

3.2

The host is free to accept or deny the request based on the accommodation’s capacity and applicable regulations.

Article 4: Respect for the Premises
4.1

Guests agree to respect the accommodation, its amenities, and the common areas of the residence.

4.2

Guests must keep the apartment clean and in good condition throughout their stay.

4.3

Noise disturbances, parties, disruptive behavior, or damage to the property are strictly prohibited.

4.4

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.

4.5

Pets are not allowed.

Article 5: Penalties for Noncompliance
5.1

Failure to comply with these rules may result in:

financial penalties;
immediate eviction without refund;
the total or partial forfeiture of the security deposit;
legal action in the event of significant damage.
Article 6: Amendments to the Rules
6.1

The host reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.

6.2

Amendments take effect as soon as they are communicated to guests.

Article 7: Acceptance of the Rules
7.1

Any reservation at the Casa Port Latin accommodation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these house rules.

Article 8: Security Deposit
8.1

A security deposit is required prior to arrival to cover any damage, loss, or failure to comply with the house rules.

8.2

The amount of the security deposit is set at €500.

8.3

This security deposit takes the form of a secure bank authorization. No amount will be charged unless a problem is found after the stay.

8.4

The security deposit is automatically released after the property has been inspected, within a maximum of 7 days after checkout, provided that no damage or violations have been found.

8.5

In the event of damage, loss, excessive cleaning, or failure to comply with the rules, part or all of the security deposit may be withheld. Supporting documentation may be provided upon request.

8.6

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before initiating any legal proceedings.

Article 9: Commitment to Environmental Responsibility and Energy Management
9.1

Casa Port Latin is committed to responsible consumption and encourages guests to take simple steps to minimize the environmental impact of their stay.

9.2

In particular, guests agree to:

turn off the air conditioning when they are away;
not to leave windows open while the air conditioning is running;
to turn off lights and electrical appliances when not in use;
to use equipment in a reasonable manner.
9.3

The recommended temperatures are:

20 °C in winter;
25 °C in summer.
9.4

Any abnormal overconsumption or misuse of equipment may result in financial penalties.

9.5

The host is available to assist guests in making optimal and responsible use of the accommodation’s facilities.
