The Space:

Welcome to your Rockport Oasis Retreat! Perfectly designed for families and pet lovers, this charming, ADA compliant getaway comfortably hosts up to seven guests. The thoughtfully arranged bedrooms feature a queen bed in one, a queen with a Twin XL bunk in the second, plus a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room—giving everyone a cozy spot to recharge after a day of sun and adventure.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a clever pull-out dining table for six, making it easy to gather for shared meals and swap stories about your latest fishing triumphs.

Step outside and you’ll find resort-style amenities just beyond your door. Cool off in the shared pool. Little ones (and the young at heart) will love casting a line in the catch-and-release fishing pond right on site. There's also an enclosed dog park behind the front office, at the entry, to let your furry friends run free.

When it’s time to explore, Rockport Beach—Texas’ only Blue Wave–certified beach—is just 10 minutes away, while the Fulton Fishing Pier is a quick 7-minute drive, perfect for anglers and sunset seekers alike.

Back at the house, enjoy all the comforts of home, including central AC, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, and plenty of space to relax. Whether you’re soaking up the sun by the pool, setting out on a fishing charter, or strolling Rockport’s charming shops and eateries, this home is the perfect base for your coastal escape.
