• Strictly No Smoking indoors or in unauthorized areas. There will be a $250 charge for smoking.

• No Parties or Events—quiet hours begin building-wide at 10:00 PM to 7AM.

• Common Areas: Pool and gym hours are respected for everyone`s comfort (Gym: 6 AM - 9 PM; Hot Tub: 10 AM - 9 PM).

• Please note: Violations of building rules or policies may result in fines up to $250.
