Living Room
The spacious open-concept living room is designed for comfort and relaxation, with plenty of natural light creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Comfortable seating provides the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring Puerto Vallarta, while the open layout connects seamlessly with the dining area and kitchen, making it easy to spend time together.

Dining Area
Located just off the living room, the dining area offers a comfortable setting for enjoying meals with family and friends. Its open design keeps everyone connected, whether you are preparing dinner in the kitchen or relaxing in the living room.

Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Whether you are making a quick breakfast before heading out for the day or preparing a relaxed dinner at home, the kitchen’s practical layout makes cooking easy and convenient. Its open connection to the living and dining areas also allows you to stay part of the conversation while preparing meals.

Primary Bedroom
The primary bedroom offers a comfortable and private retreat featuring a king-size bed and a TV, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. One of its standout features is the direct access to the balcony, allowing you to step outside and enjoy the fresh coastal breeze and beautiful ocean views right from your bedroom. The second bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, making it an inviting space for family members, friends, or couples traveling together. It provides a cozy and private place to rest after enjoying a day of sunshine, beaches, and adventures in Puerto Vallarta.

Bathrooms
The residence features two full bathrooms, conveniently serving both bedrooms and the common living areas. Having two bathrooms makes the home especially comfortable for families and groups traveling together.

Balcony & Ocean Views
One of the highlights of Estrellita del Mar 101 is its large private balcony with lovely ocean views. Alberca

In the event of illness or emergency we will contact your emergency contact on your behalf. This information will not be shared with anyone and will only used in the event of an emergency.****************** Additional Notes ***********************
CHECK IN and CHECK OUTS
CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.
Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $40.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment) which must be paid in cash, and collected by the concierge. 
Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time Zone  (same as Mexico City, GMT-6)
You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation. Keys must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.

Cleaning Services

Our Standard Cleaning Services included are based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In the case where your rental is less than the time period indicated or you require additional services the cost per cleaning will be $50.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment). This will be collected by Concierge on the day of the check in.
