You’ll have private access to the entire upper-level apartment throughout your stay, including both bedrooms, the full bathroom, open-concept kitchen and living area, three-season room, and in-unit washer and dryer.
The apartment is accessed by a private entrance and secure keypad lock. Your detailed check-in instructions and personalized entry code will be sent through Breezeway before your arrival.
Please note that this is an upper-level unit, and stairs are required to reach the apartment. There is no elevator access.

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are available for local trips throughout Neenah, Appleton, and the Fox Cities. Availability may be more limited late at night, during major events, or in winter weather, so requesting a ride a little early is recommended. The Neenah Transit Center is also just a few blocks away for bus service throughout the area.
Downtown Neenah is very walkable, with restaurants, coffee shops, wine bars, The Plaza, the library, and waterfront parks all nearby.
If you are bringing a vehicle, downtown offers free parking, though time limits may apply depending on the location. Please follow posted signs and parking guidelines.
Other Things to Note:
You're staying in the heart of Downtown Neenah, so you may sometimes hear normal city sounds, especially on weekends and during events at The Plaza.
The apartment is upstairs and can only be reached by stairs. There's no elevator, so please plan ahead if you have heavy luggage or trouble with stairs.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the apartment. **If we find signs of smoking or vaping, a $250 fine will be charged.** Parties and events are also not allowed. Please keep noise down for the neighbors, especially after 10:00 PM.
