We're a small local team in West Sussex, and we look after every one of our homes ourselves. Each home is professionally cleaned and stocked with the essentials before you arrive, so you can drop your bags and relax.



Guest Access:

The whole apartment is yours for your stay.



Self check-in is from 3pm using a key safe, so you can arrive whenever suits you, even straight from a shift, and come and go as you please.

Our apartment is perfectly positioned in a quiet and convenient corner of West Sussex, offering a peaceful retreat that remains exceptionally well connected. You are just a five minute drive from the historic market town of Horsham, where you can explore a variety of independent boutiques, high street shops, and a fantastic selection of restaurants and cafes catering to every taste. The scenic Horsham Park is also nearby, providing beautiful green spaces for a relaxing walk. For those traveling by air or commuting, the property is ideally located just ten minutes from Gatwick Airport, making it an excellent base for business travelers and contractors alike. The neighborhood offers a calm atmosphere while ensuring that essential amenities and transport links are always within easy reach.



Getting Around:

Getting around is effortless from our apartment. We provide the convenience of your own allocated parking space, plus an additional spare spot and accessible free on street parking, making it perfect if you are bringing a vehicle or even a van. For those traveling by air, you are ideally located just ten minutes from Gatwick Airport. Whether you are here for business or leisure, our central position in West Sussex ensures you are well connected to major transport hubs and local town amenities.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK



Quick online check-in: before you arrive, the lead guest fills in a short check-in form, with photo ID and agreeing to the house rules. We'll send your access details as soon as it's done. Bookings without a completed check-in may be cancelled.



Optional extras: early check-in, late check-out and more are available through your guest portal after booking. You choose, we supply.



Doorbell camera: there's a Ring video doorbell at the front door. It only covers the entrance outside and helps us confirm guest numbers. There are no cameras inside.



HOUSE RULES

To keep things running smoothly for every guest, please read before booking.



- Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 10am. Our cleaners arrive straight after, so late check-out must be agreed in advance. Late departures without agreement will be charged at our late check-out rate.

- No smoking or vaping inside. Any specialist cleaning or damage caused will be charged through Airbnb.

- No parties or events. Bookings found breaking this rule may be cancelled without refund, in line with Airbnb's policies.

- Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am, out of respect for our neighbours.

- Only guests named on the booking may stay overnight. Unregistered guests may result in the booking being cancelled.

- Sorry, no pets at this property.

- Please use only the designated parking spaces.

- Please leave the property in a reasonable condition. Excessive cleaning will be charged through Airbnb.

- Report any damage or breakages straight away. Accidents happen, but unreported damage or missing items will be charged through Airbnb.

- Never tamper with smoke alarms, CO alarms or fire safety equipment.
