We absolutely LOVED this stay. Truly had everything we would need. Throughout our trip we just kept commenting on how this was such a great find and for a busy weekend on the 4th of July it was a great spot being super close to Sullivans island. We will be coming back 100%, I want to recommend this to everyone!!

Great for proximity to both downtown and the beaches on Sullivan's Island and Island of Palms.

Property was very clean and in a great location.

Check in was easy and when we arrived the place looked fine. Then we saw biggest palmetto bug I've ever seen ran by in the living room. It had been raining, so I understand that that can happen. Once we killed it we noticed a few other bugs as well. The host said the property was serviced by pest control. We looked around the house to see if any other bugs were hiding. That's when we saw wads of hair in the corners of the bathroom and bedrooms. It was as if the floors were only cleaned in the center and hair and debris was just pushed into corners. We saw smeared makeup on the walls and doors. The next morning we noticed a dirty rag hanging from the shower rod and the curtain also had makeup and dirt all over it. The shower wasn't well cleaned at all. It had gray green mold all around. I contacted the host and he apologized and said the cleaners would come the next day to address the issues. He told me a bachelorette party was there before us so that's why it was so dirty. I asked to confirm the time the cleaners would come. We set a time and the next morning they did now show. I contacted the owner about 20 mins after they didn't arrive. After a back and forth between him and the company they told him they'd be at least an hour late. We had already waited and did not want to derail our day so we had to just leave and cancel them. As a gesture, the host sent me a 40 refund and said I should go get some lunch. I requested a partial refund and the host denied the request.
