The 75 m² apartment in Koserow (Seebad) accommodates up to 5 guests with two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, kitchen radio, and plenty of cookware, dishes, glasses, and cutlery. In the living room, you will find a flat-screen TV, cable TV, DVD player, stereo system, and a selection of books. Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, drying rack, iron, baby cot, changing table, and foldable high chair are also available.



On the covered private terrace, there is a table for 4–5 people, 4 chairs, and 2 sun loungers with cushions. The apartment is sunny all day and opens directly onto a hedge-lined lawn. You also have access to the shared garden, where you can watch robins and sparrows.



A shared parking space is available on the property, as well as a bicycle storage room and 1 bicycle for your use. Events are not permitted on the property.



The apartment is quietly located in a residential area with detached houses, just a 3-minute walk from the Baltic Sea and beach. The bakery is equally close, and you can reach the town center and pier in about 5 minutes on foot. Koserow is the largest of the four "Amber Spas" on Usedom and offers many maritime activities on the Baltic Sea beach and Achterwasser. The beautiful landscape invites you to go cycling and hiking.
