Welcome to Vila Pilar, a spacious home full of character in leafy Pilarzinho. Enjoy beautiful wooden floors, 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and 2 half baths, a dedicated office, a large attic with lounge area and additional sleeping space, and a separate gourmet/barbecue area. The attic offers panoramic views across the city to the mountains of the Atlantic Forest, with beautiful sunrises and, on clear days, views of Pico Paraná.

Vila Pilar combines personality, space, comfort and security in a peaceful residential setting. Parque Tanguá, Ópera de Arame and Parque São Lourenço are nearby. The Oscar Niemeyer Museum is about 10–15 minutes away by car, Curitiba’s city center about 20 minutes, and Colégio Marista just 3 minutes.
