Duomo View & Balconies is an elegant apartment in the historic center of Como, located inside the ZTL and a few steps from the Duomo, the lakefront, boutiques, restaurants and boats to Lake Como.
The real strong point are the three balconies: two balconies with a direct view of the Duomo and a larger balcony with a view of the center of Como. Perfect for a breakfast, an aperitif or simply to enjoy the atmosphere of the city.

Please note that for long-term reservations (more than 29 nights) it is necessary, upon check-in, to sign a rental and service contract and have an Italian fiscal code (fiscal code).
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. In the event of a violation, a penalty of 200€ will be charged.
