The main floor includes 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a shower, a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, deck, and outdoor dining area.

The basement includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower, laundry room, and a work or den area. The main basement living areas have approximately 7-foot ceilings. Some non-living areas of the basement have slightly lower ceilings.

KITCHEN AND DINING

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for preparing breakfasts, quick meals, and family dinners at home. The main floor also includes a dining area and outdoor dining space for enjoying meals together.

LIVING AND ENTERTAINMENT

PARKING

Free street parking is available nearby on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking spaces cannot be reserved or guaranteed.

COOLING AND VENTILATION

The home does not have air conditioning. Due to its elevated coastal location, the property generally benefits from natural ventilation and refreshing breezes.

Four portable fans are provided for guest comfort. Additional fans may be available upon request at the time of booking.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home during their stay, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, laundry facilities, backyard, and patio.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability.

Regular cleaning during the stay is not included. Additional cleaning services may be available for an additional fee.

This is a non-smoking, no-party property. Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Smoking indoors may activate the smoke detector and may result in additional penalties.

Well-trained dogs and cats are welcome. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed, with each pet weighing no more than 25 lbs (11.3 kg). Pets must be supervised at all times.
