Guest Access:
Access to the apartment is via self check-in. A personal numeric code is provided to access the apartment.
For security reasons, an external camera may be installed, positioned only at the apartment entrance and not inside the apartment.
The camera does not record interior spaces or private areas and is used solely to protect the property and guests, in full compliance with privacy regulations.
Other Things to Note:
The apartment is located on the ground floor, which makes it easily accessible. Being in a residential area, guests are kindly asked to respect quiet hours and the condominium rules, especially during evening and night time.
Utilities, internet, and basic household equipment are provided to ensure a comfortable stay.
Smoking is allowed only in the outdoor area.
