Fantastic location, right by the West End and Piccadilly Circus. Very comfortable and perfect for what was needed. Towels were provided which was great. We didn’t make use of the kitchen facilities but everything looked modern. The bed was comfortable and the building itself was nice inside.
The communication on how to check-in wasn’t immediately clear. The booking.com information says you need to contact the property directly before your stay to confirm but this isn’t the case as they didn’t reply. It would be useful to include in the description that an automated message with check-in info will be sent on the day.
