The location of the property was fantastic, literally round the corner from the Trevi fountain. all tourist attractions were easy reach within walking distance. The staff were very friendly & welcoming, especially at reception and in the breakfast room. Having breakfast included was a bonus.Everything was so new, clean & modern.
as it’s such a new property and hasn’t been opened very long there were a few teething problems but nothing that spoiled our stay. Our air conditioning was faulty but they did provide a fan and had arranged for engineer to visit to fix it. The only other slight negative was the speed of water draining in the shower tray, if the shower was on with too much water pressure it wasn’t draining quickly enough and seeping out onto the tiled floor, we were able to use the shower with less pressure which helped rectify
