I loved the apartment. It was clean, spacious and comfortable bed. The bathroom was big with a good shower. Air con excellent.
It was 2 minutes walk to the beach, close to the train station, restaurants and supermarket
A kettle and wardrobe

Apartment has everything what You need.
The apartment and bed was smaller than I though based on the pictures.

Good position, next to the sea and next to the train station Cros de Cagnes
Toilet very, very small; it is true that you don't spend much time in there, but it was challenging entering in the shower, which by the way, was having issues with the hot water, which was lasting for just a couple of minutes and then cold water ...
Other point which I didn't appreciate: coffee machine with no coffee and when I asked the owner, his answer was very rude: I am not a hotel. I even messaged him upon my arrival asking for some infos, never got an answer ... I really didn't enjoy this part at all!!!
