The studio apartment has most of the amenities needed for a home away from home. It has a contemporary settings and furniture. The widow view of the lake eventhough it is partially blocked by the building in front. The lake is just a couple of steps away from the property. It is located with surrounding mountains view from the other side of the property. The property is in a private and gated area with a security guard post. The owner writes and speak English well and his message responses via WhatsApp is simply superb. He even recommended the places to visit. We are a senior couple and the studio apartment is on the 3rd floor with 2 flight of staircases. As we have luggages and my wife recently had a slip disc. He made special arrangements for the security guard to help with the luggage on arrival and departure. The owner maybe new to booking.com but his customer services and quick responses truly is what travelers can appreciate. Do not hesitate to book the property simply because the property is new to booking.com and has not many reviews yet. We are awarded the Genius level under booking.com category and have traveled the world for the past 40 years. When we experienced good customer service, we meant every word of it. Keep up the good work !

The room offered a fantastic view and was within walking distance of the lake. The scenery was stunning, the interior was spotless, and the surroundings were quiet. The room was equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine, and allowed for self-catering; the host was also very friendly. We were informed upon arrival that the area was still under construction, which caused a slight delay during check-in, but thanks to the help of the security guard and a lovely young lady, we managed to get settled in smoothly. It was a great stay that offered excellent value for money, and we would certainly come back again.
