The second-level living room has an art TV that displays a rotating gallery of artwork whenever it's not in use. On the entry level, the family room has its own TV and a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. Sleeping arrangements are simple and comfortable. The home is laid out over two levels, each with its own entrance. The second level holds the living room, kitchen, dining area, covered deck, a half bath, and the primary suite. The primary suite has a king bed, its own TV, a private balcony, and a spa-style bathroom featuring a deep, oversized jetted tub with therapeutic massage jets and chromotherapy lighting. The second and third bedrooms are on the entry level, each with a queen bed. Both full bathrooms have spa-like, zero-entry walk-in showers. Outside, the covered lounge is where most evenings end up.
