The Space:

The home is thoughtfully laid out across different levels, offering both togetherness and privacy.



You enter the casa via a staircase leading to the main entrance. Inside, you’ll find a cozy and inviting living room with a TV and fireplace — the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun. The compact kitchen connects to a charming dining area, ideal for shared meals and long evenings together.



On this main level, there are two comfortable bedrooms and one bathroom.



From the outside, a separate staircase leads down to an additional guest area featuring two bunk beds and a private bathroom. As this space has its own private access, it’s perfect for older kids, teenagers, or guests who appreciate a bit more independence and their own retreat.



This unique layout makes the home especially enjoyable for families or groups who value both quality time together and the comfort of having their own space.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire property, including the rooftop terrace with sea views and the pool area with pergola.



The main living area, kitchen, dining space, two bedrooms, and bathroom are all located on the upper level, accessed via a staircase from the street.



An additional guest area with bunk beds and a private bathroom is located on the lower level and can be reached via an external staircase. This separate access makes it ideal for guests who enjoy a bit more privacy.
