Lake Days, Porch Nights & Your Own Boat Slip

Lake Greenwood is the star here. Start slow with coffee on the screened porch, spend the afternoon boating or fishing from the community lake access, then come home to the gas fireplace, board games, and plenty of space to unwind together.

When you’re ready to explore, hit nearby golf courses, grab a bite close to the lake, or make a day trip to Greenville. Back at the cottage, the private boat slip makes getting on the water easy, while the gas grill and outdoor dining setup are perfect for laid-back evenings.

Practical perks make the stay even better: pet-friendly accommodations for up to 2 pets with a fee, driveway parking for 2 vehicles, free street parking, keyless self check-in, central A/C and heat, fast Wi-Fi, and an in-home washer and dryer.
