Mandela Rhodes 903 is a comfortable and stylish one-bedroom apartment
that can accommodate up to two guests. Located in the vibrant and
lively City Centre of Cape Town, this spot offers guests central access
to the city’s major sights while boasting a bustling local food and art
scene.

Entering the apartment, a few steps down the hallway, guests are
immediately greeted with a sunny, open-plan area that consists of a
kitchen, dining space, and living room. The kitchen features a modern
design with stylish counters that offer a sleek, clean look. The
kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable
self-catering stay. Additional appliances such as a kettle, toaster,
and a front-load washing machine are also included for added
convenience. Large island counters provide the perfect spot to enjoy a
relaxing coffee or a quick breakfast before starting the day. The
dining space is fitted with a round table and comfortable seating for
up to four people, creating an intimate space to share a delicious meal
with loved ones.

The living room is furnished with a wall-mounted flat-screen
television, a coffee table, and plush, comfortable seating. Large
windows overlook the pool area while also offering visitors spectacular
views of the iconic Table Mountain and the surrounding city landscape.
Internet access is available throughout the whole apartment.

The bedroom is fitted with a queen-size bed, a bedside table on each
side, and a large wardrobe that offers more than enough space for
storage. The room also features an en-suite bathroom that contains a
washbasin, toilet, and a bath with an overhead shower. Fresh linen and
towels will be provided for your stay.

The apartment is located in a secure building that offers a bunch of
on-site amenities, such as a rooftop pool area that boasts stunning
panoramic views of the city, a restaurant, a café, a selection of
curated designer stores, and secure basement parking. Additionally,
this spot conveniently places guests within walking distance of a
variety of popular attractions such as St George's Cathedral,
Greenmarket Square, Iziko Slave Lodge, and Company’s Garden.

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.

For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.

A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.

Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.

A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at Mandela Rhodes Place, Corner of Wale and Burg Street, City Centre, Cape Town, 8001.

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
