The British Properties are just a short drive away from Ambleside, an area that provides shopping, restaurants, and other various attractions.



Getting Around:

As the British Properties are characterized by winding roads and distance, a personal vehicle is strongly recommended for your stay in this area. Uber & Lyft are available in the area as well.



Other Things to Note:

Pool Access Note

This property features a pool for guests to enjoy. However, it is not heated this season. Please note that the pool is professionally serviced on a scheduled basis to keep it clean and safe. Depending on your stay dates, you may arrive during or shortly after a scheduled service, which can occasionally mean the pool is temporarily unavailable or not yet crystal-clear on your arrival day. This is a normal part of proper maintenance and typically resolves within a short window. We can’t guarantee the pool will be swim-ready at every moment of your stay, but we do everything we can to have it in great shape for you.



• The front gate is currently not functioning, as it stays open.

• The hot tub is currently not available for use.

• The dishwasher can occasionally leak.

• Please leave the pool robot in the pool.
