Welcome to our spacious apartment (93m2) located on the central avenue in the heart of Nice.
The tram stop (Gare Thiers) at the bottom of the building where the apartment is located, the Nice city train station is a 2 minute walk from the apartment, the Promenade des Anglais and the old town of Nice are a 10 minute walk away.
The accommodation
Welcome to a newly renovated apartment located in the heart of Nice city center, on the 5th floor (with elevator) of a quiet, fully air-conditioned building with balcony on Avenue Jean Médecin, this apartment can accommodate up to 5 people.
You will stay in a quiet and bright apartment of 93m2 consisting of 2 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: 2 single beds - (90x190)
- Bedroom 2: 1 queen size bed - (160x200)
The bedrooms and the living room open onto the balcony.
Living room consisting of a sofa (convertible) of a bathroom with eating:
Separate kitchen completely new, equipped and equipped: fridge, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine.
Bathroom and separate toilet. Bed linen and towels will be provided.
Arrival is from 13:00 to 15:00 (other times by agreement).
Departure from the apartment before 11:00
We are very flexible and try to adapt to your constraints. Please let us know your arrival times in advance so that we can make arrangements.
