Two private driveway spaces at the rear of the property, for your use only.

The access lane up to the rear driveway is tight, so take it slowly — an SUV fits comfortably once you're in.

The neighbouring driveway space belongs to the property next door, so please keep to the two spaces at the back.

There is also parking at the front of the property, plus free on-street parking outside if you're travelling in more than one car.

🏠 The house is set over three floors, so there are two flights of stairs to reach the bedrooms. Please bear this in mind if anyone in your group has mobility needs.

🚗 The lane up to the rear driveway is narrow. An SUV fits comfortably, but take the entry slowly. There is also parking at the front and on the street.

🔇 We're on a quiet residential street, so we ask that noise is kept down after 10pm out of respect for the neighbours.

🚭 The property is strictly non-smoking, indoors and in the garden.

🎉 No parties or events, please. The house is set up for restful stays.

🧳 Full kitchen, washing machine and dryer are all available, so the house works well for longer stays as well as short ones.
