The building dates back to around 1800 and was commissioned by the Comtesse de Gramont d’Astier, whose grandmother served as a Lady-in-Waiting to Queen Marie-Antoinette. This fascinating history gives the property an added sense of character and connects your stay with the rich heritage of Paris.

The apartment features a comfortable living room, a dining room with seating for six, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are three bedrooms, complemented by a sofa bed in the living room. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, while the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a private bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has a double bed, and the living room sofa can accommodate two additional guests.

The apartment also includes a shared bathroom with a shower and WC, two private bathrooms, and a separate WC. Please note that the apartment is located on the first floor and is accessed by stairs. It is not accessible through the building's elevator.

Designed for a comfortable stay, the apartment provides high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV, washer and dryer, hair dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, induction cooking plates, combination microwave oven, and a full selection of cookware. Five-star bedding, bath and bed linen, toiletries, and a safe are also provided. A baby cot and high chair can be arranged upon request.

Please be aware that the area can be lively at night. A dancing restaurant is located on the ground floor of the building, directly below the apartment, and on some evenings it may remain open until approximately 2 a.m. Guests who are particularly sensitive to nighttime noise should take this into consideration before booking.

For a seamless arrival, we provide detailed access instructions and a video guide before check-in. The keys are collected from a secure key box inside the building, with the access code provided shortly before arrival. Taxi drop-off is available directly in front of the building, and several paid parking options, including secure indoor parking and outdoor spaces, are available nearby.

We can also assist with additional services and experiences through trusted local partners, including private chefs, private transfers, exclusive tours of Paris, family-friendly activities, and wellness experiences. These services are available at an additional cost and should be arranged in advance.

Guests are kindly asked to respect the apartment and its surroundings. Parties, gatherings, events, and professional photo or video shoots are not permitted. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and building, and only registered guests who have provided valid identification may access the property. Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., with no music during these hours.
