Our houses are located in residential areas where peace and quiet is essential.
Out of respect for the neighbourhood, parties are not permitted and music played outside must be kept to a minimum, especially in the evening.
These rules allow everyone to enjoy their stay to the fullest, in a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere.

SWIMMING POOL
The swimming pool is secured by an alarm that complies with current regulations.
However, it does not have a protective barrier, so vigilance and supervision of children is essential at all times.
The swimming pool is not heated.

To make your stay as pleasant as possible, here is some important information:
- Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
- Basic toiletries are provided on arrival but are not supplied for the entire duration of your stay.
- Security deposit:
A deposit of €2,500 is required on arrival.
