The apartment offers two separate bedrooms, four proper beds, a sunny south-facing terrace, fast private Wi-Fi and a private parking space in the gated parking area of the building.

The apartment includes a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and large rain shower, separate toilet, dedicated workspace, washing machine, dryer and elevator. It overlooks a large green area and provides plenty of space for a comfortable stay.

Sleeping arrangements:
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (160 cm) and one single bed
- Bedroom 2: two single beds and baby bed on request
All guests sleep in proper beds; there are no sofa beds. A baby travel cot can be provided upon request.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, combination oven/microwave, large refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, cookware, dishes and cutlery.

The apartment is especially suitable for relocations, international employees, business assignments, families between homes and guests staying in Antwerp for several weeks or months. Minimum stay: one month.

Bed linen is included. Water, heating, electricity and internet are included according to the booking conditions

The apartment is conveniently located near Zurenborg, Dageraadplaats, Cogels-Osylei, Antwerp Central Station, Antwerp Zoo and the city centre. Shops, supermarkets, a bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, cafés and public transport are nearby. A Velo Antwerp bicycle station is also close to the apartment.

One private parking space is available in the gated parking area. The parking system is suitable for vehicles up to approximately 1,500 kg. Please contact us before booking if you have a larger or heavier vehicle.

Fast Wi-Fi of approximately 75 Mbps and a dedicated workspace make the apartment suitable for remote work.

The apartment is not suitable for parties or events. Guests are asked to respect the neighbours, keep noise to a minimum—especially during the evening and night—and treat the apartment and common areas with care.

For stays of one month or longer, a written rental agreement is required. We arrange the necessary rental administration before the start of the stay. The housing rental law and Flemish Housing Code apply to this accommodation with a minimum rental period of 1 month.
