## Access to the Apartment

Please note: Access to Luna 2 is via a **narrow pathway running directly alongside the canal**. Please keep this in mind, especially when arriving or departing with luggage.

The spacious and bright living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and satellite TV. From here, you have direct access to the south-facing terrace with private pool.

The living area offers plenty of space to spend time together and enjoy a relaxing holiday by the water.

The apartment has two separate bedrooms and accommodates up to 4 guests.

## Kitchen & Bathroom

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a comfortable self-catering holiday. Facilities include a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine and a range of kitchen utensils.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet.

## Private Pool & Outdoor Area

The beautiful south-facing terrace with private pool is perfect for swimming, sunbathing and relaxing. An outdoor shower and sun loungers are also available.

The outdoor dining area is ideal for enjoying leisurely meals and pleasant evenings on the terrace.

## Boat Mooring & Special Experiences

For guests travelling with their own boat, a **private mooring for boats up to 7 metres** may be available directly at the property by prior arrangement.

Subject to prior arrangement and booking, excursions aboard a **50-foot luxury yacht with skipper** can also be organised. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to add a special experience on the water to your holiday.

If bed linen is booked, the beds will be made up before your arrival.

Upon request and with sufficient advance notice, we can also arrange an interim cleaning service as well as a change of bed linen and towels. This service is available from Monday to Thursday. The price depends on the services requested.
