Bellevue Beachfront is a large development that is being completed in stages. Some areas of the project are still under construction, and there are also other developments being built on both sides of the residence.

As a result, construction activity and occasional daytime noise may be present, particularly during working hours. The apartment itself is fully completed, and its windows do not face the construction areas.

We want to be transparent about this so you can make an informed choice before booking. The current attractive rate reflects this temporary construction environment.

Despite the ongoing development, you can already enjoy the apartment, the completed areas of the residence, swimming pools, gym, and the beach just a short walk away.

PLEASE, KINDLY NOTE:

Utility payments (electricity and water) are paid separately according to meter readings. Readings are taken at check-in and check-out, and payment is made for the actual days of stay.

A security deposit of $400 is required upon check-in, payable in cash. The deposit will be fully refunded after check-out, following an inspection of the property to ensure no damage or loss has occurred.

Cleaning is included in the price (for stays of 7 days or more, once per week), along with pool maintenance and garden upkeep.
