This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, nearly 2,100 square foot home was made for groups looking to experience game day to the fullest. With room to sleep up to 8 guests, this is more than just a place to stay—it’s your own private football-weekend destination.

The entire home is Alabama football/elephant themed, creating the perfect atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Whether you’re in town for a game, a reunion, a birthday weekend, or just looking for a fun getaway with friends, this house has everything you need to make your stay unforgettable.

When you’re not cheering on the Crimson Tide, enjoy your own private entertainment space:

• Large private pool (40’x20’x4’) for relaxing or cooling off, with color changing underwater lighting for night-time activities. Entire length of pool is only 4-feet deep; great for wading and pool games.
• Hot tub (new, 6 seats) for winding down after a long game day
• Putting green area for friendly competition
• Ping pong table; Cornhole and Five In A Row games
• Large covered pergola area with charcoal grill and ample seating
• Party lights around back fence, covered pergola and hot tub deck for backyard ambiance
• Screened back porch for an insect-free evenings with adult beverages

• Alabama football/elephant-themed decor throughout (you won’t find a more Alabama themed stay in the Tuscaloosa area!).

• Sleeps up to 8 guests – 2 kings in primary suites, 2 queens in other bedrooms
• Six televisions, all are smart TVs, and five of the six have DISH satellite service
• Living room TV will drop nearly two feet for ease of viewing (and no neck strain from viewing a high mounted TV)
• Gorgeous all new kitchen with up lit quartzite counters, downlit backsplash and glass cabinets, and up lit ceiling (see pics).

Check In/Check Out
* Must be at least 25 years of age to book a reservation.
* Check in begins at 4 pm CST
* Check out is no later than 10 am CST
* Enjoy seamless/no contact check-in using the Schlage Encode smartlock. Your entry code will be sent to you on the day of your arrival.
* We do not accept reservations from local guests.

Available Areas of Property
Guests will have full access to all available areas of the property except (1) the garage and (2) two closets that are used to store owner related items. The fireplace is also for decorative purposes only – please do NOT attempt to use.

Safety and Insurance
* For your safety, the property is equipped with a Nest doorbell camera with audio, and surveillance cameras at the front garage corner and the left side of the property. There are NO cameras in the interior or in the backyard.
* The fence gates to the backyard are locked for insurance purposes.
* The backyard access doors from the two primary bedroom suites are locked for insurance purposes.

House Rules
* Regrettably, no pets are allowed
* Smoking is not permitted indoors, on the back porch, or on the putting green and artificial turf areas (please pickup cigarette butts)
* No glass on any kind in or around the pool and hot tub. The pool has a vinyl liner that is easily cut by glass!
* Parties are not permitted
* The property is in a residential neighborhood. Please monitor your sound/noise level
* No parking in the yard

Quiet Enjoyment
* The City of Northport's noise ordinance and HOA rules require a sound/noise level below 75 decibels (basically just a little louder than normal conversation sound level) between the hours of 9 pm and 8 am, and below 80 decibels during daytime and early evening (8 am to 9 pm). Additionally, the City’s ordinance states that “it is unlawful to operate sound amplifying equipment at any time that is plainly audible at a distance of thirty (30) feet or more from the property line…” The City STRICTLY ENFORCES same. A decibel meter is provided on the back porch to allow you to easily adhere to the City’s rule. Note – the decibel meter does NOT record conversations.

Expert Cleaning/Safety
The property receives meticulous attention from our professional cleaning team, ensuring every corner is spotless, with special care given to high contact areas such as bedding, countertops, doorknobs, bathrooms and floors.

Guest Verification
Before arrival, guest verification will be required through Truvi. This ensures compliance with short-term rental regulations and property protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text for verification. Please complete this process before arrival for a smooth check-in experience.
