Shared Laundry Room downstairs in the building. We wash your fresh linens and sheets on site before check-in, so a cycle may still be running when you arrive. Feel free to set anything aside somewhere safe if you need the machine, or just leave it and our cleaner will take care of it!

Residential block in Long Beach near the border of Belmont Heights and Alamitos Heights. Quiet tree-lined streets with a mix of Craftsman and mid-century homes, small apartment buildings, and nearby local retail on Orange Avenue and Atlantic Avenue. Close to Belmont Shore/Alamitos Bay (beach, bike path), 4th Street/Retro Row and downtown Long Beach attractions within a short drive.

Walkability: Tucked in a quiet residential neighborhood, local parks and quick errands are a short walk away, while the vibrant shops and cafes of nearby Bixby Knolls are a quick drive.

Public Transit: Extremely well-connected. Long Beach Transit routes run right along nearby Atlantic and Orange Avenues, offering easy connections to downtown and the coast.

THEME PARKS AND BEACHES
Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm are both an easy drive down the 91, close enough for a park day without paying Anaheim hotel rates. On the other side, the Long Beach waterfront, Aquarium of the Pacific, Belmont Shore, and Seal Beach are all about twenty minutes away. You can do Space Mountain on Saturday and the sand on Sunday from the same parking spot.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
