Guests can contact us at any time through their dedicated guest group chat, which is the fastest and most reliable way to reach our team. We recommend using the group chat rather than calling, as cellular reception in the area can occasionally be limited, particularly when Wi Fi service is unavailable. This ensures that all messages are received promptly and that assistance can be provided as quickly as possible.


For the safety and security of all residents and guests, a clear photo of each guest`s passport or cedula must be provided prior to arrival. These documents should be submitted to the property manager, who will forward the information to the Hispaniola office for registration. The office will then coordinate with security to ensure seamless access to the property upon check in.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property or near open doors. Smoking is permitted outside. Please keep all doors closed while smoking to prevent smoke from entering the property.

Please be mindful of electricity use during your stay. When leaving the property, please turn off all air conditioners and lights. We also ask that air conditioners be turned off in rooms that are not being used.

Electricity is billed at 15 DOP per kWh. A photo of the electricity meter will be taken at the beginning of your stay and shared with you. A second meter photo will be taken on the day of checkout to calculate your total usage. Any electricity balance can be paid in USD or DOP. Payments made through Airbnb are subject to a $7 USD bank handling fee.

At checkout, please place all garbage in the designated garbage bins outside the property and ensure all lights and air conditioners are turned off before departing.
