Velvet Estate at New Cumberland Resort

Welcome to Velvet Estate, where Velvet Note Side A and Side B come together to create an incredible Nashville retreat designed for groups who want to stay together without sacrificing space, comfort, or privacy.

Featuring 8 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, and 2 half baths across two side-by-side luxury homes, Velvet Estate offers plenty of room for everyone to relax, gather, and enjoy Music City together.

Inside, you'll find two fully equipped kitchens, multiple spacious living and dining areas, stylishly designed bedrooms, and modern finishes throughout. With two separate residences included in your stay, your group can spend time together while still having the flexibility and privacy of your own spaces.

One of the highlights of Velvet Estate is the outdoor experience. Enjoy two private rooftop retreats with hot tubs, comfortable lounge areas, fire features, and Nashville views. Start your morning with coffee on the rooftop, unwind in the hot tub after exploring the city, or gather together as the sun goes down.

The estate features a flexible sleeping arrangement with 2 king beds, 4 bunk beds, 1 queen bed, and 1 twin bed, making it an excellent option for larger groups traveling together.

Velvet Estate is perfect for bachelorette and bachelor weekends, wedding groups, milestone birthdays, girls' trips, family gatherings, reunions, corporate retreats, and multi-family Nashville getaways.

As part of New Cumberland Resort, guests can also enjoy the resort experience while staying conveniently located for exploring Nashville, Broadway, live music, dining, entertainment, and everything that makes Music City unforgettable.

Whether you're celebrating something special or simply bringing your favorite people together for a Nashville getaway, Velvet Estate gives you the space to make the trip your own.
